In this HOW TO I will be showing you the basics for proper squat technique using kettlebells
Props Needed: Whatever kettlebell you have available to you
Why I love Squats? They are a movement we will see in a lot of everyday movements. They are an amazing way to strengthen your entire body, with a focus on quads, glutes, and core.
What to Keep in mind: A key factor in maintaining a strong, and safe squat position is going to be a mix of your bodies ability to maintain proper pelvic-lumbo control, and having adequate mobility in your hips, and ankles in order to comfortably and functionally squat. You can try troubleshooting with this video whether you need to practice more, work on core control, or add some more mobility into your routine.

HOT TIP ALERT! Newer to squats? Always feel free to practice by sitting into a chair, stool, or couch. Its still an awesome way to squat even if you use tools or props.
