Expect to jumping jack, glute bridge, donkey kick, burpee, lateral bound, plank, and squat ALL to the beat. Think one movement/combo of movements for each song. There are options to keep it low impact. Bare with me while I attempt to stay moving to beat lol
Equipment Needed: All bodyweight, option to use an elevated surface for burpees like me. I used my coffee table :)

About: Lower body and core sweat inducing all interval style workout. Expect to side plank, kickstand deadlift, squat, dead-bug, and high knee.
Equipment Needed: All bodyweight! Option to use weights for kickstand deadlifts if you want.
