About: I don’t know about you, but my summer full of outdoor Fun Moves has left my body feeling a little…. crunchy. SO my goal for this workout is to hopefully leave you feeling a little more supported by your joints, and entire body. Lets show your body some looooove. Expect to glute bridge, side lunge, plank, and to work your shoulders
Equipment Needed: a set of light weights and a yoga block (or a couple of books) *no worries if you don’t have access to these items. You can also do it without.

About: This workout will get your whole body moving, feeling good, and having fun. Plan to squat, chest press, burpee (if you want), bicep curl, and plank. Expect to mobilize, stabilize, strengthen, and sweat!

About: a low impact full body workout that will get your whole body feeling supported, and happy. Plan to plank, glute bridge, and side lunge.
Equipment Needed: a set of light weights *or can be done bodyweight
20min All Glutes | SUPPORT
About: all glutes!!!! Perfect as a pre outdoor fun moves warm-up, or paired with your other fav quick AFFM workout. Expect to donkey kick, clam shell, single legged deadlift, and glute bridge.
Equipment Needed: All bodyweight - but possibly a piece of furniture nearby to help with balance...
