About: A juicy fuuuullll body workout that's entirely low impact. Lots of juicy deep core work, along with some lower body accessory style moves, and a pretty spicy arm challenge at the end.
Equipment Needed: A set of light weights (nothing over 3-5 pounds), or can be done bodyweight + something that slides. I used a hand towel on my concrete floors.
