About: A full body strength workout. We work on finding core stability while we squat, lunge, row, and press. All low impact, but surprisingly sweaty!
Equipment Needed: A set of light-medium weights, 1 heavier weight or kettlebell for tempo squats, and a resistance loop band if you got one! But its not necessary.
