About: I LOVED this workout! It's a slow-ish build up of a bunch of great moves for your entire body. I incorporate some dynamic movements to help us connect our lower, and upper extremities with the stability of our core. Expect to work your adductors, core, shoulders, and hamstrings. We will plank, kickstand deadlift, half kneel, and overhead press.
