About: Join me (the most un-cordinated choregrapher of all time) for a heart pumpin workout moving to the beat. Expect to jumping jack, glute bridge, donkey kick, burpee, lateral bound, plank, and squat ALL to the beat. Think one movement/combo of movements for each song. There are options to keep it low impact. Bare with me while I attempt to stay moving to beat lol
Equipment Needed: All bodyweight, option to use an elevated surface for burpees like me. I used my coffee table :)
