About: Don't take yourself too seriously in this entirely to the beat workout mixing in some fun arms movements, and full body intervals to get your heart rate up. This workout is done entirely standing NO planking and low impact options available.
Equipment: 2 light weights (or you could just do light weights) *because we are moving to the beat for our arm movements, the reps will be high so definitely use light weights!
