What to Keep in mind: There are no superior, or better options when it comes to your push-ups. The option that you can do with the best technique/form and feels good for you is the right push-up variation for you! Also keep in mind what your goals are. Want to do push-ups from your toes? Try elevated push-ups. Want to gain better awareness of your shoulders, and start learning how to do push-ups? Stick with scapula push-ups!
