About: A full body strength workout focusing on developing strong deadlifts. Expect to row, kickstand deadlift, push-up or chest press, and deadlift. This workout is entirely rep based but always note the reps I 'suggest' are always an option. I list this workout as 2.5 on the fun scale because I do move through the instructions pretty quick. If you feel like your deadlifts need some assistance, don't hesitate to check out the deadlift HOW TO series: https://watch.afewfunmoves.com/how-to-deadlift
Below are your reps in case you are a visual person and want to write this down prior to the workout starting:

4 Walk-Out Pushups *or* 8 Chest Presses (lying on your back)
