Learn the fundamentals for properly performing squats. In this HOW TO series I will break down our squat pattern, and what is required in order to safely, and properly perform a squat. I would recommend started with the 'Squat Fundamentals' video before moving on to any of the variations. These videos would be great for you, if you are newer to squatting, ever get low back pain during your squats, or feel like you need to brush up on your skills!
