About: A very spicy full body support style workout. Expect to move 'follow the leader style' for parts of the workout. We will move through lots of fun dynamic moves incorporating both upper body, and lower body. Think split squats with shoulder raises, and deadlifts with tricep extensions.
Equipment Needed: 2 light weights, and something that slides (I use a hand towel)
