About: Let's work bringing awareness and control into our hips and pelvis, while working our core and glutes. Expect to do some juicy core work, to deadlift, row, and to work your glute meds (side of your butt).
Equipment: 1-2 light/medium weights. Something that you can pass from hand to hand (you could use a heavy book for this), and something to use to either single arm supported row or renegade row.
