About: A fun full bodied, sweat inducing workout. We will play around with some fun plyometric movements in this one. Low impact options available. Expect to lateral bound, burpee (sorry), squat, lunge, and push-up :)
Equipment: You only need 2 light weights to do a squat to press/thruster. The rest is done entirely bodyweight. You can sub the light dumbbells for a heavy pot, or cans.

About: Give this full body flow style stretch class a go. Think some active core work (nothing too wild), mixed in with some lovely stretches. Expect to stretch your hips, lateral side body, work your core lightly, and warm-up the shoulders.
Equipment: Just your mat and comfy clothing!
35min Upper Body | STRENGTH
About: Give this low impact upper body focused strength workout a try. Expect to work on push-up strength, and some should accessory work.
Equipment: 2 light weights, 1 medium weight, and an elevated surface (this could be a coffee table, couch, counter top, or even a wall).
45min IRT Full Body - STRENGTH & SWEAT
About: A fun, full bodied strength workout with some fun sweaty intervals mixed in between. Expect to lunge, squat, deadlift, and to work your shoulders. No burpees OR push-ups in this one, and low impact options available!
