In collaboration with our pals from the "This Could Work Podcast" we bring you the 14-day Fun Moves Challenge. The idea is to get 20-30min of Fun Moves in everyday for 14 days. While I believe that every routine should have a rest day for your brain and body, you will find 1 rest day a week and 1 cross training day.

Crosstraining = your version of Fun Moves outside of the AFFM platform. Think going for a walk, bike ride, hike, climb, or run. Celebrate whatever activity you and your body enjoy on those days.
