About me and A Few Fun Moves!

After 6+ years in the fitness industry, I found myself burnt out and exhausted. I desperately craved something to hold myself accountable for healing my relationship with exercise and my body. From this, my idea to start A Few Fun Moves was born. I somewhat selfishly started it for myself, only dreaming of inspiring others to do the same. AFFM has evolved into much more than just a movement platform and app. It has become a community of like-minded people from all over the world who enjoy moving their bodies for themselves, in ways they like, at whatever pace works best for them, all while having fun.

It’s about trying new things for the fun of it, being okay with moving at a pace that works best for you, and finding joy in any style, intensity, or type of movement." I truly believe everyone deserves to find their own version of a fun move: anything that gets you moving, feeling good, and having fun.
