About: a full body and all bodyweight workout. We will start off with 2 timed/interval style challenges and then finish with a rep based EMOM (every minute on the minute - ish) style challenge. Options to keep this one low impact if you want. Plan to deadlift, plank, side lunge, and lateral bound. NO squats or step back lunges in this one :)
Equipment Needed: all bodyweight *option to use an elevated surface for our burpee variation today
