About: I don’t know about you, but my summer full of outdoor Fun Moves has left my body feeling a little…. crunchy. SO my goal for this workout is to hopefully leave you feeling a little more supported by your joints, and entire body. Lets show your body some looooove. Expect to glute bridge, side lunge, plank, and to work your shoulders
Equipment Needed: a set of light weights and a yoga block (or a couple of books) *no worries if you don’t have access to these items. You can also do it without.
