Props Needed: Just your dumbbells
Why I love single dumbbell deadlifts? They are a fantastic exercise for developing posterior chain strength, and training your hinge pattern. They are a great way to work on strengthening your deadlifts in an at home setting!
What to Keep in mind: Keep the dumbbells close into the body, and be sure to create that triangular /wedge like shape so that your dumbbells don't drop lower than juuuuust below knee level.
