About: a real fun full body workout that will incorporate some sweat inducing strength movements along with some feel good, and calming mobility work. Plan to deadlift, lunge, squat, shoulder press, and to work your core. 15min of strength 15min of sweat followed by 15min of mobility work
30min Full Body | DO IT ALL
Equipment Needed: All bodyweight but option to use weights for a few moves if you'd like

What to expect: plan to dead-bug, to single arm row, overhead-press, and bicep curl. We will finish off the workout with a superset of alternating kneeling push-presses and chest presses. This workout is entirely wrist friendly!
