These workouts are a recorded versions of our Livestreamed/IRT workouts that I used to host via Zoom. Since started AFFM in October the LIVESTREAM program has changed a little. IRT 30min Core + Upper Body | SUPPORT
About: Give this surprisingly sweaty, upper body and core workout a try. Lots of good shoulder.....burners.....
Equipment: 2 light weights. I used my 2 pound pilates balls. You can use cans, bottles of wine, or mason jars filled with dried things....
45min IRT Full Body | STRENGTH & SUPPORT
About: #FUNMOVES In Real Time! A low impact blended class of isolated glute, and shoulder work. Mixed with dynamic strength movements.
Equipment: 2 light weights, option for 2 medium weights for the strength work.
