This dynamic workout is designed to build power, strength, and endurance while targeting key muscle groups. Start with a prep sequence to activate your muscles and improve mobility through a consciously curated warm-up, activation, and power prep. Move into the power and strength section, focusing on upper body and core stability with double kneeling presses, unilateral leg strength with Bulgarian split squats, and explosive single-legged power step-ups. Finish strong with a high-intensity circuit combining lateral bounds, rotational chops, and kettlebell swings to boost agility, rotational power, and cardiovascular endurance.
