Equipment Needed: foam roller, yoga block (or use foam roller), kettlebells, barbell (optional), workout bench, cable machine, dumbbells.

Intensity Level: Anywhere from beginner to intermediate level.

RPE: Beginner - 5-6/10 | Intermediate 7-8/10
