About: A full body, do a little bit of everything kind of workout. We will deadlift, row, overhead press, and get some sweaty core focused drills in. Options to keep it low impact. NO push-ups in this one :)
Equipment: a set of light-medium weights. Option for an elevated surface (ie. a table, couch, or countertop) for your burpees and planks.
