About: Well.... my shoulders and upper back were feeling a little cruddy from biking all weekend and sleeping in a tent lol. So expect a fun workout that will leave your whole body (but particularly your upper body) feeling mobile and strong. Expect a lill hit of sweat towards the end.
Equipment Needed: a set of light weights (like 1-2 pound kind of light you could use ankle weights or cans), and 1 medium weight (think for single armed rows)
