    About: Are you a runner? Give this 22min post run stretch a go. TBH...Even if you aren't a runner this lower body focused stretch is great for everyone to do!

    Equipment: You will want to be near a wall, chair, or couch to use for the juicy quad stretch :)


  • 40min Full Body + Chill | STRETCH


    About: Is your body, and mind needing some chill time? Give this relaxing, and gentle stretch a try :)

    Equipment: A yoga strap or towel/shirt that can be used as a DIY yoga strap. Possibly some blocks or books to use as props if you'd like.


  • 25min Recovery | Foam Roll & Stretch


    About: We will use a few foam rolling techniques to help bring some recovery aiding blood flow to your muscles. Expect some nice quad, and upper back releases.


    Equipment Needed: Foam Roller
