About: Feeling sluggish, or tight from sitting all day? This is the perfect lunch break, or end of day workout. Juicy chest openers, and upper body strength movements, followed by some sweaty intervals to get you feeling strong and energized.
Equipment: 2 medium-light weights. You will also need a couch, table, chair, or wall to use for supported single arm rows (I forget to mention this at the beginning of class. Sorry!)
