About: Think support style core and glute work, blended with some fun full body, strength work. Expect some spicy core, and lower body sequences, with some sneaky arm work sprinkled in between.
Equipment: 2 light weights, or use a towel or shirt (I will tell you about it in the beginning of the video). OR you can do this workout entirely bodyweight.
