About: Okay. This workout was wild....and fun. Expect to: Lunge, deadlift, plank and work your glute's. I make a lot of weird noises because my butt was on fire (sorry). HAVE FUN.
Equipment: You can do this workout entirely body weight, or with 2 or 1 light-medium weight. You will also need access to a stool, chair, or couch for some rear foot elevated deadlifts!
