DISCLAIMER: For whatever reason this LIVE class didn't save like the rest. Hence the weird start, and kinda grainy picture. My apologies! It's still an awesome workout that I had a lot of fun doing so I still decided to upload it anyways (mediocre video quality and all) which was hard for me because I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to video and audio quality so thanks for giving it a try :)
What to expect: A full body workout with an emphasis on a building a strong back and shoulders. Expect to plank, row, dead-bug, and squat. Lots of options to keep it low impact and NO burpees in this one.
Equipment Need: A set of light - medium weights, could sub for entirely bodyweight as well.
